Junior Creative Producer

Location: Oslo/ WrocÅaw

This is a paid, full-time opportunity

We are seeking a talented Junior Creative Producer with a diverse creative background, exceptional time management and organizational skills, concepting abilities, and a deep passion for internet culture. You will play a vital role in communicating with our Opera audience and shaping the concepts for marketing campaigns and disruptive activations.

Role & Responsibilities:

Project Management and Coordination:

Oversee and manage the creative production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Coordinate the efforts of designers, motion designers, and copywriters to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.

Brief Interpretation and Enhancement:

Act as a liaison between the creative team and marketing/social media teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project briefs.Contribute to the improvement and refinement of briefs, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives and brand strategy.

Idea Generation and Campaign Development:

Collaborate with creative leads and marketing managers to conceptualize and develop innovative marketing concepts and campaigns.Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, contributing fresh and unique ideas.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

Craft compelling and persuasive written content tailored to effectively communicate with target audiences.Ensure all written materials align with brand tone, style, and messaging guidelines.Review and edit copy provided by other team members, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative outputs.

Quality Control and Feedback:

Conduct regular reviews of creative work, providing constructive feedback to team members to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.Ensure all creative materials meet brand standards and are in line with the strategic goals of the marketing and social media teams.

Collaboration and Team Support:

Foster a collaborative environment within the creative team, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing.Assist in the development of team members by providing guidance and support in their creative endeavors.

Job Requirements:

Content production experienceExceptional concepting abilities and deep passion for internet culture. Great communication and written skills in EnglishInnovative mindset, a passion for being at the forefront of change, and a genuine interest in marketing and advertising.
