2nd shift

Job Description

Effectively retrieve, understand, and adhere to QAP documentation. Read and interpret set-up documentation. Perform basic preventative maintenance/autonomous maintenance, as needed. Perform and understand basic 5S principles.

You are meant for this job if:

High school graduate or equivalent. Possess and demonstrate basic problem-solving skills. Generally, less than 2 years’ experience. Demonstrates proficiency to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. Previous inspection experience preferred. Basic PC skills. Good Problem-solving skills. Demonstrated math skills. Basic understanding of how to read and use measuring instruments. Ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties. Tools and instruments include but not limited to: Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges. Proficient in running machines such as basic two-axis lathes and a saw. Ability to run a grinder, basic mills, and two-axis lathes. Ability to demonstrate fixturing, tool and machine offsets.

Ability to perform set up & check parts with little to no supervision. Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities in addition to key performance objectives. Ability to identify simple deviation in material requirements. Ability to read the program.
