The Role

As an experienced Assistant Broker specializing in Marine and Offshore Energy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team of Brokers in advising and providing insurance solutions to our clients in this highly specialized and complex field. You will collaborate with a dynamic team and work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from shipping companies to offshore drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation of insurance market documentation utilizing the PARIS system Insurance data input to the PARIS system Creation of Client Documentation and Invoices Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing expert exception client service. Collaborate with Accounting colleagues to ensure Invoices are paid. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to offer proactive solutions. Preparation of insurance proposals and recommendations to clients in collaboration with Brokers.
