We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on  Head of Training Academy to join our fantastic team in Norway. The purpose of the role is to enhance employee skills, improve performance, increas productivity, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout and outside the organization.

You will lead our team of instructors and manage the design and delivery of Autronica training programs as well as drive digitalization of the training administration. In this role you will also determine training objectives by conducting analysis of overall needs, specific skill and knowledge gaps and make sure the access to the trainings is granted to the respective employees and partners.

Responsibilities

As a Head of Training Academy you will:

Manage the development of training programs, materials, e-learning platform and training evaluations to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Schedule resources to ensure cost effectiveness and coordination of activities. Identify skill gap analyses for sales, services, our partners and customers. Manage the training budget. Work in accordance to Autronica’s Ethics and Compliance at all time.

Qualifications we are looking for

You demonstrate excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills. You have a solid technical understanding and effective planning abilities. If it is you, get in touch

MSc/BSc Degree in a technical field. Lack of education can be compensated with extensive and relevant experience. Experience in a similar role. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Solid understanding of the current market including competing products.
