In this position, you will provide expert technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customers have a seamless experience with products and services.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network functions.
- Document customer inquiries and solutions to maintain comprehensive support records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product offerings, services, and internal policies for accurate support.
- Follow established guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards in customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of software, hardware, and networking concepts.
- Proficient in using various computer systems and applications.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
