Job Description

The Opportunity

Be responsible for the engineering services and execution of multidisciplinary projects. Ensure that all services in a project comply with standards and align with all government regulations.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Managing and executing minor modifications.
  • Collaborating with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams in the selection, application, and interpretation of electrical equipment.
  • Evaluating and validating new and existing maintenance concepts and preparing proposals.
  • Reviewing and monitoring planned maintenance activities.
  • Defining safety stocks to ensure the required availability of equipment.
  • Studying and preparing HAZOPs and operability studies.
  • Providing recommendations to reduce maintenance costs.
  • Developing procedures for specific tasks.
  • Analyzing and reporting incidents related to equipment that could impact the maintenance policy.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Good level of spoken and written English (minimum B2).

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Knowledge of industrial rules and regulations.
  • Technically proficient in fixed equipment reliability engineering.
  • Experience in electrical system calculations, typically using (Nelfo - Febdok).
  • Proven knowledge of design theory, sizing, and selection of equipment, design specifications, industry standards, monitoring, preventive maintenance, and repair methods.
  • Familiar with internationally recognized codes and standards associated with the equipment in question.

Preferred Candidates:

Preference will be given to profiles with citizenship from the European Union or countries within the European Economic Area. Candidates from other nationalities who already hold a work visa or have their stay in the EU regulated will also be favorably considered.
