We are now looking for a new colleague to join our dedicated Quality Control team in Norway. It is a highly motivated and diverse team of 23 colleagues with a passion for ensuring high quality standards of products and services to our customers. The QC department, in addition to routine testing, also work with exciting projects.

The job:

A mix of independent laboratory work and team collaboration Perform complex chemical analyses Maintain a high level of documentation Maintain and improve existing analysis methods and processes Participate in project work and assist in troubleshooting Contribute to QC goals of RFT, productivity and digitalization

Requirements:

We are in search of a new team member with good communication skills, who enjoys practical work in the laboratory. You must be accurate and systematic, be flexible in relation to tasks, and be efficient and driven in your approach to work.

Education within Biomedical Science, Chemical Engineering, or MSc in Biotechnology/Chemistry Experience with laboratory work and techniques, preferably in the biotechnology/chemistry industry Prior full-time working experience within the field Experience within Quality Control. Working under ISO 13485 is an advantage Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) software and LIMS operation is advantageous Good IT and technology skills

On a personal level you are:

Analytical and structured Proactive especially when working independently Innovative Fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written, and have good English skills
