Senior Customer Service Agent

The Service Department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines within North West. We are looking to hire a new Senior Customer Service Agent to support our customer service management team in Trondheim.
The department, which consist of 8 colleagues, has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Business Relations and Customers Service Administration
• Receiving incoming calls, emails, handling customer requests and issues and making sure that all customer communication is handled and registered in CRM
• Management of the Downtime Reports Tracker and Monthly/Yearly Production Analysis
• Contractual interpretation
• Meetings internally with Vestas and externally with customers requiring preparation, travel and follow-up. Participating actively in some customer meetings
• Ensuring effective communication with our planning team. Forwarding all other requests to the relevant department and follow up on the progress
• Keeping customers informed of the progress of planned and unplanned service and notify them of any possible delays
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of both general work routines and formal procedures
Qualifications:
• Previous experience of customer support and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Good knowledge of internal sales and administrative skills
• Good technical understanding and interest
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• High-level skills in MS Office
• Salesforces Knowledge, preferred

Your work location will be our office in Trondheim, Norway. Some travel is to be expected in this role.
