Rollens primærfunksjon

Våre HR konsulenter har hovedansvar for oppfølging og håndtering av sykefravær ved å støtte opp avdelingsledere med kontinuerlig samarbeid og dialog. Dette for å sikre en trygg, inkluderende og helsefremmende arbeidsplass.


Arbeidsoppgaver

Ansvar for at oppfølging av sykefravær skjer i henhold til gjeldende lover og regler Imøtekomme tilretteleggingsbehov for tilbakeføring til arbeid, inkludert dialogmøter og kontakt med NAV Rådgivning og støtte til ledere i sykefraværssaker og arbeidsmiljørelaterte spørsmål Utarbeide og følge opp planer for forbyggende arbeid rettet mot sykefravær Bistå med generelle HR-oppgaver ved behov

Safety, Security and Compliance:

Du vil ha et ansvar og plikt til å ta vare på helsen og sikkerheten til deg selv og andre mens du er på jobb. Du må utføre arbeid i samsvar med informasjon og opplæring gitt og eventuelle spesifikke helse- og sikkerhetsregler eller prosedyrer på arbeidsplassen.

Kvalifikasjoner

Relevant høyere utdanning innen HR, organisasjonspsykologi eller annet relevant fagområde Erfaring med sykefraværsoppfølging, gjerne fra offentlig eller privat sektor Kjennskap til arbeidsmiljøloven, IA-avtalen og annet relevant lovverk Gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsferdigheter

Du må også tilfredsstille Luftfartsmyndigheters krav til bakgrunnssjekk for å gå adgang til norske lufthavner, som innebærer:

Bodd innenfor EU/EØS sammenhengende de siste 5år Plettfrivandel Kan dokumentere yrkesaktivitet/utdanning de siste 5år
