Be a key contributor to successful deliveries as our new Warehouse Manager

As our Warehouse Manager you will play a key role in executing efficient warehouse and logistics services to ensure on time delivery and customer success. 

Job Description

Drive HSE performance and ensure that every day at work is a safe day Lead, manage and develop the warehouse team  Contribute to a working environment enabling development of personnel and employee satisfaction Ensure for inventory accuracy within the warehouses Lead all warehouse activity within the TechnipFMC Ågotnes base Continuously improve the flow within the warehouse execution and ensure on time delivery to internal and external customers Cooperate with workshops, procurement, planning and logistics as well as external stake holders to improve flow to and from the warehouse

You are meant for this job if:

You have abilities in leadership and team building, with the ability to motivate people to successfully complete team objectives You like to develop people and like to continuously improve the way we work  You have a bachelor degree within logistics or similar and minimum 5 years of experience within the area of warehouse and inventory management. Experience might compensate for the lack of formal education You have good Norwegian and English skills You are structured, proactive and have the ability to work both independently as well as in a team. It is an advantage if you have good SAP skills within Inventory and Warehouse Management
