Våre løsninger fungerer bak kulissene som for eksempel klinisk kommunikasjon og alarmer på sykehus, velferdsteknologi i eldreomsorgen og mobile alarmsystemer. Vi er med på å digitalisere helsesektoren i Norge og sammen med våre kunder bygge fremtidens sykehus. Løsningene våre sørger for at både pasienter og personell føler seg tryggere. I Ascom Norge er vi totalt 50 gode kollegaer, hvor over 40 av disse er lokalisert på Oslo-kontoret og resten ved vårt kontor i Trondheim. Mange av våre kollegaer har omfattende kompetanse og langvarig ansiennitet, og er de dyktigste innen sitt fagfelt. Vi ser nå etter en ny kollega til vårt Service & Operations team i rollen som Application Engineer . Du vil bli en del av et ambisiøst team på 25 kollegaer som jobber tett sammen om å gi kundene våre den beste servicen og oppfølgingen, både onsite og remote.

I rollen som Application Engineer ønsker vi å gi deg en førstehåndsopplevelse på hvordan det er å jobbe med teknologi som er i forkant av helsesektoren, og hvordan vi gjør en forskjell og har en innvirkning på livene i samfunnet.

Dine ansvarsområder og arbeidsoppgaver:

Tilrettelegging, forberedelser, konfigurering og utrulling av og mellom Ascoms applikasjoner og kundenes servere i prosjekter (). Feilsøking, utarbeide forslag til feilrettinger, skriving av spesifikasjoner og liknende. Kommunikasjon med utviklere, teknikere og kunder. Opplæring av kunder og kollegaer i Ascom sine løsninger. Utarbeidelse av teknisk dokumentasjon.

Vi ser etter deg som har:

Bachelor i IT eller tilsvarende kompetanse innen tele, data eller elektro. Genuin teknisk interesse, forståelse og ønske om å lære mer. Du må kunne skrive og kommunisere godt og flytende på norsk og engelsk. Du må trives med å arbeide prosjektorientert i tverrfaglige team. Du må være serviceinnstilt og kundeorientert.

Erfaring og kompetanse:

Du bør ha erfaring med feilsøking på applikasjoner/tjenester som kjører på MS server og gjerne IIS (webserver). Du bør forstå og lese kode, og ha interesse for Javascript og HTML. Gjerne kunne enkel scripting, MS SQL. Gjerne ha kjennskap til Wireshark evt tilsvarende verktøy i LAN og WLAN Erfaring med medisinteknisk utstyr er en fordel
