Join DOF as our new Senior Cost Controller

As part of DOF's growth we are expanding the finance team. As a Senior Cost Controller, you will be the project manager's key support and advisor in all finance related matters on the projects assigned. Your expertise in project cost control will be crucial, as you will manage vendor invoices, monitor project hours, and prepare monthly accruals.

Your responsibilities will extend to providing precise long-term cash flow forecasts for projects and completing various budgeting tasks, including as-sold budgets and project forecasts. You will also be instrumental in the period closing of projects, which involves project accruals, controlling project hours and costs, and revenue management.

As a Senior Cost Controller, you will create detailed variance analyses to explain deviations between actual figures and forecast or budget. Collaborating closely with budget owners, you will regularly review commitments and critically assess their forecasts. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you calculate and plan the Estimate To Complete (ETC) for projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and loading forecasted revenue and costs per period into our reporting tool.

Your role will also include presenting the financial status of projects during our monthly Project Management Review (PMR) meetings. As a financial advisor to Project Managers, you will provide valuable insights and guidance to ensure the financial success of our projects.
