SALES DIRECTOR - DIRECTS SALES, TELENOR CYBERDEFENCE AS

Telenor Cyberdefence AS is a wholly owned, newly started Nordic cyber security company in the Telenor Group. Telenor Cyberdefence AS' ambition is to become a leading MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider) in the Nordic market, among other things by using Telenor's unique access to threat intelligence to support our services. In addition to delivering modern managed security services, Telenor Cyberdefence AS will also offer specialist expertise through consultancy services and testing of infrastructure / applications with our Offensive Security team.

Join our innovative team at Telenor Cyberdefencein the position as Sales Director - Direct Sales at our HQ in Oslo Fornebu.

We are looking for a dynamic and team-oriented Sales professional with a strong background from the cyber security industry. 

The Sales Director will maintain detailed knowledge of Telenor Cyberdefence products, training offerings, competitive products, customer vertical industry, and have in-depth understanding of customer goals. Ability to help customers make future solutions decisions based on product roadmaps.

As our Sales Director - Direct Sales you will be central to strengthening and optimizing the sales processes in Telenor Cyberdefenceand your most important tasks will be to ensure target achievement and growth. With us, you will lead and further develop a competent and strong sales team with clear growth ambitions. We are looking for a commercially driven manager, who can translate analytical insight into clear structures, follow-up and results in the short and long term.

Key responsibilities:

Operational sales implementation and development of performance in the sales team.

End-to-end responsibility for the sales process and its further development.

Development of comprehensive sales and distribution strategy.

Development of the sales mix and holistic service model within the private & publicsegment.

Collaboration with product, delivery and other channels.

Development and cooperation with interfaces such as associations and purchasingorganisations.

Responsibility for sales training and its development.

You exemplify professionalism at all times, are grounded and trustworthy, delivering with high ethical standards to customers and partners.

You communicate effectively, both spoken and in writing, with all levels of the organisation and with external contacts. Ability to create and deliver powerful and effective presentations. 

Fluent in any Scandinavian language and in English.

Education from university or equivalent, with BSc or MSc in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or Electrical/IT/Telecommunications engineering.
