Prepare technical method statements. Prepare or provide input to time schedules and cost estimates. Propose cost optimizations by modifying execution plan and commercial strategy. Ensure adherence to Seaway7’s tendering procedures on tenders. Interface with Tender Manager, all departments involved in the tender process and partners and Clients during negotiation phase. Maintain thorough records throughout the bidding process to ensure traceability and ultimately efficient handover to project teams. Cost Focus - Finding ways within each tender to maximise the profit for the company.

Keen interest in the multi-discipline dimension (technology, execution, legal & contract, finance, commercial) of our projects Dedicated and thorough personality to ensure adherence to the Tendering procedures. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to prioritise own and others’ workload, managing both time and change control effectively. Flexibility for other responsibilities & interfacing with other departments, where appropriate Commitment to Continuing Professional Development and a desire to develop and mentor junior engineers.
