Vi søker en Director Through Life Support i Missile Programs som vil være med å etablere og utvikle strategi for videre vekst. Stillingen inngår i forretningsenhetens ledergruppe. Som Director Through Life Support vil du være ansvarlig for å etablere strategier, bygge opp programområdet og ha det overordnede ansvaret for at ettermarkedsprosjekter / leveranseprosjekter til allerede eksisterende kunder blir gjennomført.

Eksempler på arbeidsoppgaver

Daglig ledelse av programområde med tilhørende prosjektporteføljeI samarbeid med Marked / Business Development og Produkteier bidra til ytterligere vekst og utvikling av vår aktivitet innenfor ettermarked og utforme markedsstrategierAnsvarlig for profit & loss inkludert eierskap av prosjekter med totalansvar for kost, kvalitet og leveranser på tidRapportere jevnlig på fremdrift, status og planer til leder for forretningsenhetenBidra i/lede tilbudsarbeid og kontraktsforhandlinger

Ønsket kompetanse og erfaring

Relevant høyere teknisk/økonomisk utdanningTrygg i lederrollen og gjerne med internasjonal erfaringGod erfaring og forståelse for prosjekt-/programledelseErfaring med salg/innsalg til allerede eksisterende meget profesjonelle kunderGode mellommenneskelige evner samt gode samarbeids- og kommunikasjonsevnerResultatorientert, selvstendig, systematisk og målbevisstGod muntlig og skriftlig framstillingsevne i både norsk og engelsk

Om oss

Missile Systems er en divisjon i Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, og våre hovedprodukter er sjømålsmissiler. Vi utvikler og leverer missiler til fartøy, kystartilleri, helikopter og kampfly. Remote Tower Systems for fjernstyring av kontrolltårn for flyplasser er også ett av våre produkter. Vi har stor oppdragsmengde grunnet leveranse og utvikling på Naval Strike Missile (NSM) og Joint Strike Missile (JSM-) og Remote Tower System.
