Hovedformålet med rollen:

Rollen vil være en integrert del av anleggsteamet som er ansvarlig for å levere forretningsresultater innen maskineffektivitet ogsamtidig levere på alle operasjonelle mål innen sikkerhet, kostnader, kvalitet, bærekraft og moral. Koordinere mekanikere og følge opp at det utføres forebyggende vedlikehold, feilsøking og ikke-planlagte oppgaver for å redusere nedetiden på linjene på en effektiv måte. Rollen har personalansvaret for mekaniker avdelingen. I tillegg er en ansvarlig for at mekanikere utfører arbeid de er tildelt og til enhver tid følger fabrikkens rutiner og regler. Det er også viktig at kostnadene holdes nede gjennom god utførelse av arbeidet.

Ansvarsområder/oppgaver

Sørge for en stabil produksjon gjennom å følge opp preventive oppgaver, havari og større feil på linjer. Utføre vedlikehold på linjer etter forebyggende og ikke-planlagte oppgaver Dokumentere oppgaver som blir utført Feilsøke for å finne feil og mangler med elektrisk og mekanisk utstyr, både rutinemessig og og komplekse ved å bruke en definert metode for problemløsning og rotårsak. Dokumentere feil og mangler på maskiner Støtte prosjekter og eksterne servicer Kontinuerlig utføre forbedringer i produksjonen Utføre månedlige rapporter på tilstand på utdelt maskin Følge opp feil og mangler ved å melde fra om disse til leder Holde produksjonen gående på kveld- og nattskift. Rullerende skift. Utføre 5S ukentlig og daglig for en ryddig arbeidsplass Utføre daglige kontroller på linjer etter preventiv Utføre mindre elektriske oppgaver som for eksempel sensorer og koble motor (krever kursing) Lede et team ved å følge opp at arbeidsoppgaver utføres på en trygg og effektiv måte, og at avdelingen til enhver tid følger rutiner og regler. Følge eskaleringsplanen om meld fra til leder ved avvik Å være dedikert til sikkerhet, opprettholdelse av kvalitet, kontinuerlig forbedring og GMP som en integrert del av arbeidsansvaret. Rapportere uvanlige observasjoner der det er aktuelt

Nødvendig kunnskap, ferdigheter og erfaring:

Fagbrev som industrimekaniker Gode kunnskaper innen dokumentering Gode feilsøking og IT kunnskaper Kjennskap til MS Office og vedlikeholdssystemer Kunnskap innen vedlikehold av maskiner innenfor prosess og pakking Evner å løse kompliserte mekaniske feil Erfaring med sveising og maskinering Erfaring med produksjonslinjer Må ha gode norsk og engelskkunnskaper
