We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Civils Software team based in Norway. The position is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, starting early April 2024 for 12 months.

About the Job:
As a Field Marketing Specialist working as part of the Revenue marketing team you will be responsible for creating and delivering demand generation marketing campaigns and activities.
Reporting to the Revenue Marketing Director, the successful candidate should be a self-starter and capable of leading campaign delivery and working autonomously. You will be part of the wider EMEA revenue marketing team but will work closely with the small Norwegian team to promote a specific range of software to Civil Engineers across the Nordics and further afield into the UK and other European countries.
Your tasks will include:
Work closely with commercial teams to drive and support goals for new opportunities, pipeline, revenue, retention and churn
Creation of demand generation campaigns including content creation, webinars, email marketing, digital marketing
Creation and delivery of multi stream events
Responsible for creating and maintaining all regional marketing measurement as well as roll ups to EMEA and global metrics
Customer communications - newsletters, customer stories, social posting
To achieve the necessary results you will use the following tactics/channels:
Advertising: Implement strategies across performance marketing advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn, PPC, software review sites and affiliate programs
Events: Collaborate with the events teams to drive a cohesive approach to tradeshows and Trimble-hosted events
Product Marketing: Work in alignment with regional product marketing on the story per region and the best methods to disseminate it
Content: Create the content necessary to tell a regional story, aligned with the global brand story, to support regional needs and the global Trimble brand
SEO: Collaborate with SEO & Website teams to strategize and execute a high-intent SEO strategy to drive more qualified opportunities
To be successful in the role you will have:
Ideally 3 years’ experience in working in a marketing department
Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English
A degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or other relevant discipline
A strong communicator and a team player with the strength of personality to work with others to get the job done
Be organized and able to manage your time and work with a high degree of autonomy
Willingness and desire for continual development and learning
