Vi søker fremtidsrettet Manufacturing Engineer for etablering og optimalisering av produksjonsprosesser.

Hovedoppgaver:

Operasjonsplanlegging fra tegning til ferdig del. Utarbeidelse og vedlikehold av operasjonsunderlag/dokumentasjon. Produktoppfølging/overvåking. Bistå i den daglige operative produksjon. Kontakt med kunder og leverandører. Kalkulering og oppstart av nye produkter. Jobbe proaktivt med innføring av nye prosesser, teknologi og Industri 4.0. Sammen med andre medarbeidere ta frem «best practice» for robuste løsninger knyttet til standardiserte maskineringsoperasjoner. Tett faglig samarbeid med Quality Engineer (QE), CNC-programmerer og Chief Manufacturing Engineer (CME). Fokus på Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) og kvalitetskravene fra aerospacestandarden AS9100, deriblant implementering av ZDM-verktøyene fra APQP-modellen. Prioritere sikkerhet, leveransepresisjon og kvalitet først.

Det benyttes i stor utstrekning databaserte støttesystemer til operasjonsplanlegging, modellering og CNC-programmering.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner og egenskaper:

Gjerne kombinasjon av fagbrev og utdanning fra høyskole/universitet – 3-5 år innen fagretning maskin/system engineering/verkstedteknikk/mekatronikk. Inneha produksjonserfaring. Det er ønskelig med 3-5 års praksis fra produksjonsbedrift. Erfaring med prosjektarbeid og ledelse av prosjekter. Erfaring med bruk av ERP systemer, fortrinnsvis TeamCenter (TCM) og SAP. Kjennskap til måleteknikk og tegningslesing. Kjennskap til kvalitetsarbeid og erfaring innen: Grunnårsaksanalyser Praktisk problemløsning Statistikk prosesskontroll Risikostyring, PFMEA Lean-arbeid Meget gode språkkunnskaper i norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig. Evne til å jobbe strukturert, selvstendig og tverrfaglig.
