Som Procurement Lead får du en sentral rolle i bedriften og mulighet til å samarbeide tett med et bredt spekter av interne kunder. Med fokus på bedriftens operasjonelle interesser vil du drive utvikling av vår leveransepresisjon og vår relasjon til en rekke sentrale leverandører.

Sentrale arbeidsoppgaver og ansvarsområder:

Kontakt med interne kunder og jobbe i cross-functionel teamInnkjøpsstøtte ved tilbud til sluttkunderAnalyse og eksekvering på materiale schedule i samarbeide med Delivery teamSikre Flow av leveranser fra våre leverandører i samarbeide med innkjøpHovedkontakt mot utvalgte interne kunderLøpende evaluering av demand/supply Aktiv deltakelse i videreutvikling av innkjøpsfunksjonens oppgaver, prosesser og kompetanse

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner og egenskaper:

Høyere utdanning innen økonomiske, logistikk eller tekniske fagErfaring fra innkjøp og logistikk er en fordel men ikke et kravGod formuleringsevne på engelsk, skriftlig så vel som muntligKjennskap til ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) er ønskeligVi ser etter ansvarsfulle og strukturerte personer som jobber godt i team, samt trives med selvstendig arbeidHar høy integritet og gode etiske holdninger

Missile Systems er en divisjon i Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace. Vårt hovedprodukt er avanserte sjømålsmissiler i verdensklasse. Vi utvikler, sammenstiller, tester og leverer missiler til fartøy, kystartilleri, helikopter og kampfly.
