Your responsibilities:

Providing legal support and advice on a wide variety of topics, particularly in financial regulatory topics, consumer law, business law and contract law Drafting, reviewing and negotiation client contracts, supplier agreements and other relevant internal and external contracts Supporting a wide range of internal stakeholders and act as sparring partner to the international Legal team Represent the organization in matters involving supervisory authorities Check new upcoming legislation and advice the organization on possible impact off the business model Depending on location, have the opportunity to litigate disputes before the courts Your most important skills:

You hold an academic masters degree in law with 2-5 years of hands-on experience Experience within financial (regulatory) topics and with contract drafting in English is preferred You have well-developed communication, legal and advisory skills with a commercial mindset You have the ability to work independently You are able to handle a challenging and dynamic environment where quick decision making is expected You are goal- and result-oriented, show initiative and take responsibility when needed You are fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
