Kongsberg Digital is a provider of next generation software and digital solutions to customers within the Maritime, Oil & Energy and Utilities industries.

To support our commercial and growth strategy, we are now looking for a Business Analyst that will join our Controlling & Business Performance department. The position reports to Vice President Financial Planning & Controlling.

• Prepare periodic reporting package to Board of Directors together with the CFO team
• Develop and improve financial models such as P&L and cash flow forecasting models
• Support senior managers and executive management with ad-hoc analysis presentations
• Participate in the planning and coordination of the annual business plan process
• Collaborate closely with the BI team to create and maintain efficient dashboards
• Business Controller for G&A level

To succeed in this role, you have 2-4 years of relevant experience with financial analysis and modelling and preparation of presentations to executive management and BoD level stakeholders (e.g., from management consulting or larger corporations).

You have a master´s degree in business administration, industrial economy, or other related fields. Excel and PowerPoint are second nature, and you have some experience with Power BI (or similar).

As a person you have an analytical and business-oriented mindset, enjoy interacting with people on all levels of the organization, and can handle multiple tasks at once.

You are energetic with great drive, adaptable, ability and willingness to learn, excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.
