Thales DIS Norge AS søker etter en ny servicetekniker til vårt team i Oslo.

Som servicetekniker sikrer du at den daglige driften går knirkefritt og at servicenivåavtaler (SLA) overfor våre kunder blir oppfylt. Stillingen innebærer reising til steder i hele Norge for å løse problemer og utføre forebyggende vedlikehold på vår maskinvare.

Vi ser etter en kandidat med fagbrev eller lengre relevant erfaring fra fagområdene dataelektroniker, automasjon eller telekommunikasjon. Hos oss vil du få bred variasjon i arbeidsoppgaver, samt mulighet til å jobbe med flere forskjellige type utstyr og systemer.

Ansvarsområder og sentrale oppgaver

  • Utføre forebyggende vedlikehold og feilsøking på våre løsninger
  • Teknisk støtte og assistanse til våre kunder
  • Gjennomføre årlige supportbesøk i hele Norge
  • Jobbe med både programvare- og maskinvarekomponenter knyttet til ulike løsninger
  • Problemløsning og testing
  • Håndtering av reservedeler og delelager
Kvalifikasjoner Og Egenskaper
  • Selvstendig, organisert og har evnen til å løse komplekse problemer og jobbe under press
  • Gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner
  • Fagbrev eller lengre relevant erfaring fra fagområdene dataelektroniker, automasjon eller telekommunikasjon
  • Erfaring fra IT-drift, test, feilsøking og installasjon
  • Interesse for teknik og data
  • Trives med perioder med mye reising
