About the Team

The Customer Marketing Team at reMarkable is dedicated to strengthening the relationship between our brand and its customers. Our goal is to enhance the customer experience at every stage—driving engagement, satisfaction, and advocacy while maximizing the value of our existing customer and prospect base. You will be joining a growing team alongside a Customer Marketing Specialist and a Senior Service Designer, reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Marketing.

About the Role

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in engaging prospects and nurturing customer relationships through targeted and personalized email content. You will support global marketing campaigns and launches, ensuring alignment between our business objectives and customer engagement strategies. This role offers opportunities to take ownership of projects, optimize campaigns through data-driven insights, and grow within a collaborative marketing environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.

  • Crafting compelling email content that aligns with brand storytelling, enhances the customer journey, and drives business impact.

  • Optimizing email performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

  • Managing and growing the prospect database, ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion.

  • Collaborating across teams (Creative, Marketing Strategy, Software, and IT Systems) to align email efforts with broader business objectives.

We are looking for the following experience:

  • Experience in Email Marketing – 2-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing with hands-on expertise in creating and executing campaigns.

  • Storytelling & Content Creation – Strong storytelling abilities to craft compelling, engaging, and brand-aligned content that helps meet marketing and business goals.

  • Technical Competency – Strong technical experience with email marketing platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud), including proficiency in A/B testing, segmentation, and optimization techniques to drive campaign performance.

  • Strategic & Analytical Competency – Experience in global marketing environments, working across multiple markets and tailoring strategies to diverse audiences.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, while managing cross-functional relationships and aligning email marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

  • Sales Understanding – Strong understanding of how email marketing impacts sales and the ability to track conversions and connect marketing efforts to sales results.
