• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in bars or nightclubs
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus
• A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues
• Familiarity with food and drink menus to assist guests
• Serve food and drinks efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant and backstage areas
• Model exemplary conduct and perform duties in sync with team members
• Handle payments and manage the cash register
• Actively engage in upselling items
• Welcome guests warmly and take their orders
• Work closely with the service, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to the department's goals and objectives

• Adapt to various shifts including nights and weekends
