We are currently seeking:

Deck and Engine Cadets

BW LNG is seeking Deck and Engine Cadets to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of being the "Best on Water." As part of our dynamic organization, you'll not only support the future growth of our international LNG fleet but also have the opportunity to become a leader—whether onboard or in onshore roles in the Oslo office. This program aims to nurture cadets from the beginning of their maritime careers, providing a possible future pathway to either transition to onshore roles as managers in Oslo — leveraging invaluable shipboard experience — or to continue advancing their careers at sea.

If you're passionate about the maritime industry, eager to learn, and looking for a challenging yet rewarding career opportunity, BW LNG could be the perfect place for you. Join us on this journey to expand your skills, grow your expertise, and contribute to a sustainable future at sea.

We are on the lookout for highly motivated, talented, and ambitious individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a cadet with BW LNG, you will receive hands-on training on our LNG vessels and gain practical experience in areas such as navigation, cargo handling, maintenance, and vessel management.

Ideal candidates are proactive team players who bring enthusiasm, discipline, and problem-solving skills to the table—as well as the ability to prioritize and structure their work effectively.
