You'll be part of a team that collaborates closely with clients, stakeholders, and candidates. On a day-to-day basis, you will probably find yourself busy with the following:

  • Researching to learn more about our clients, their industries, their products, and relevant candidate markets and advising on effective talent acquisition strategies and tactics to achieve the best results.
  • Attending job analysis meetings with clients and continuous analysis of roles and candidate profiles to meet client expectations and needs.
  • Building different recruitment and communication assets such as job advertisements, messaging templates, and interview guides to create engagement and interest among candidates.
  • Identifying and attracting candidates across different clients and positions.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates during the early stages of the recruitment process.
  • Building a global network of candidates, ranging from tech and product to commercial profiles, and staying up-to-date on new market trends and developments in the recruitment and tech industry.
  • Managing the candidate experience and various touch points with clients to create an exceptionally positive experience for our candidates and clients.

What We Are Looking For

Amby'ans are inclusive, supportive, and energetic. We are never afraid of a challenge and constantly look for areas of improvement - especially when it comes to our client delivery. If you're someone who thrives on learning and self-improvement, always aims to make a meaningful impact, and commits to delivering top-notch quality, all while valuing genuine and personal connections with others, you'll fit right in. We're also looking for you who:

  • Have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree or are graduating this year (we are open to various fields of study).
  • Are fluent in English and Norwegian and able to build strong relationships with different people through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Have a keen interest in the world of recruitment and modern tech/product development and a desire to work with people in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Are driven by curiosity and a desire to continuously expand own knowledge base by proactively researching and acquiring new information.
  • Have a knack for creative problem-solving and the ability to stay analytical, solution-oriented, and persistent when faced with delays, bottlenecks, or other difficulties.
  • Have the ability to be flexible when needed and a strong motivation to put in the required time and effort to complete a task or project on time, following best practices to achieve high quality.

  • Embrace daily opportunities to challenge yourself. Each task is an opportunity to expand your capabilities and discover your potential.
  • Get the autonomy and ownership you need to make a significant impact. We celebrate individual initiative and encourage you to take charge of your path, deliverables, and contributions.

You'll also enjoy our benefits:

  • Access to internal knowledge hubs, training programs, and tools. We also provide each individual with a personal development budget to foster curiosity and expertise.
  • An attractive compensation package, including base pay, commission, pension, five weeks of vacation, Amby days off, and more.
  • Unlimited access to our office gym and access to our mental health advisors at Auntie.
  • Modern and fresh office facilities at the top of Grünerløkka with daily lunch servings of your choice.
  • Multiple social events in the Oslo HQ throughout the year, as well as bi-yearly global kick-offs where you get a chance to spend time with colleagues from all over the world.

The Recruitment Process

We are planning a full-day Assessment Center on May 8th, where we will invite a selected group of candidates to our office in Oslo. During this day, you'll be assessed on different tasks related to the Talent Acquisition role, and you'll get a chance to interact with fellow candidates and employees at Amby.
