Konsernområdet Large Corporates & International (LCI) betjener store norske og internasjonale bedriftskunder, inkludert virksomheten til DNB Finans. Divisjon Risiko & Strategi (R&S) er global premissleverandør innen finansiell og ikke-finansiell risiko, strategi og restrukturering. Divisjonen er ansvarlig for å sette overordnet retning, koordinere, overvåke implementering, kommunisere og rapportere om alt risiko- og strategiarbeid i LCI. Seksjonen Non-Financial Risk & Financial Crime (NFR&FC) er ansvarlig for arbeidet med ikke-finansiell risiko, fordelt på de fire avdelingene 1) Privacy & Security, 2) Governance & Operational Risk, 3) Analysis og 4) FinCrime & Conduct.

Du vil være ansvarlig for effektiv styring gjennom å forenkle tidkrevende oppgaver i avdelingen og seksjonen. Du vil lede an i bruken av teknologi og AI for å fremme innovasjon og effektivitet. I tillegg vil du ha ansvar sammen med flere i avdelingen for å synliggjøre hvordan god styring og internkontroll påvirker etterlevelse, og dermed ta en aktiv tilnærming til forenkling.

Du vil jobbe tett med ulike team, inkludert risikostyring, compliance og forretningsområder, for å utforme og implementere nye og effektive løsninger.

  • Leveranser: Operasjonelle leveranser av daglige oppgaver i avdelingen og seksjonen.
  • Utforme overgangen fra manuell risikostyring til datadrevet risikostyring: Strømlinjeforme operasjonelle og styringsrelaterte risikoprosesser.
  • Optimalisering av policyer og prosedyrer: Gjennomgå og forbedre eksisterende styringspolicyer og prosedyrer, for å sikre at de er effektive og målrettede.
  • Samarbeid med interessenter: Jobbe tett med tverrfaglige team, også på tvers av seksjonen og LCI, for å sikre at de tekniske løsningene er i samsvar med forretningsmål.
  • Opplæring og støtte: Gi opplæring og støtte til ansatte innen ny teknologi, og sikre smidig overgang og bruk.
  • Utdanning og erfaring: Bachelor- eller mastergrad innen relevant fagområde. 3–5 års relevant erfaring innen virksomhetsstyring og/eller risikostyring. Dokumentert erfaring med å utforme forenklede og effektive teknologiske løsninger.
