RPA Consultant

Job Description – RPA Consultant (Blue Prism)

We are seeking a skilled consultant with solid experience in developing and maintaining RPA processes using the Blue Prism platform. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for automating and streamlining our processes within life insurance and pensions.

1. Development, maintenance and enhancement of existing RPA processes using Blue Prism.
2. Actively participate in the team's agile working methodology (Scrum/SAFe).
3. Closely collaborate with other developers, business experts, and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements.

1. Solid experience developing RPA solutions in Blue Prism.
2. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or SAFe).
3. Experience from the financial sector would be an advantage.
4. Good technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex systems.

1. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Norwegian speakers preferred.
4. Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented.

1. Physical presence at the office is required.
2. A hybrid work arrangement may be agreed upon, allowing up to 2 days per week working remotely after mutual agreement.
