As a Technical Specialist at XPENG, you will be a key resource in our technical team, responsible for technical support and quality monitoring. You will assist our agent network with technical inquiries and act as the link between agents and the factory.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Handling technical cases in close collaboration with agents
2. Responding to technical inquiries both in writing and verbally
3. Participating in training courses for continuous skill development
4. Some travel in connection with dealer visits and training sessions
5. Maintaining close communication with the factory to ensure effective solutions

We are looking for someone who:

1. Has a certificate as an automotive mechanic and several years of varied experience
2. Has worked as a technician, preferably with experience in electric vehicles or advanced vehicle systems (preferred but not required)
3. Has experience using computers and diagnostic tools in daily work
4. Has strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
5. Has a genuine interest in technology and developments in electric vehicles
6. Is cooperative, systematic, and flexible
