We believe you are meant for this job if you have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with some experience from client success, account management, or similar roles. You should have a track record of managing and growing client accounts, experience using CRM and other relevant tools, excellent communication skills, as well as being an exemplary English speaker.

Main responsibilities:

  • Client onboarding and training
  • Client relationship management – build strong client relationships
  • Client success initiatives – develop and execute tailored success plans to help clients achieve their business objectives
  • Account retention – through client value, engagement, and customer success drive renewals
  • Reporting and documentation – maintain accurate records of client interactions, account activities, and progress in the CRM system
  • Organize client outreach, marketing campaigns, and conferences
  • Event tracking – monitor and track all relevant events in the regions where Esgian should attend and/or participate
  • Feedback and continuous improvement – gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvements
