We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist with a global perspective, commercial awareness, and a strong interest in supporting sales success. As we expand our EV charging solutions across Europe, we seek a team member who can provide our sales teams with the insights, tools, and training they need to grow and thrive in a dynamic market.

This role is part of the Commercial Enablement team, which works across business units to enhance sales performance by developing strategies, resources, and training programs that help teams achieve their goals and drive commercial success.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Sales Training Excellence: Own and enhance the Sales Training Development Program, equipping commercial teams across Europe with the skills to sell effectively.
  • Accelerate Go-To-Market Success: Support product rollouts and commercial strategies, ensuring sales teams are ready to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Maximize Best Practice Sharing: Foster collaboration across European markets to scale winning sales tactics and commercial playbooks.
  • Develop High-Impact Sales Content: Create compelling, data-driven training materials that empower teams to engage customers and close deals.
  • Align for Commercial Efficiency: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and local Business Units to ensure a seamless, customer-centric sales approach.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years in corporate training, sales enablement, or a relevant commercial support role.
  • 3+ years of higher education in Business, Social Studies, or another relevant field.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Scandinavian language a plus).
