Dit ga jij doen
Samen met je team maak je frites van aardappelen. Of, zoals we het hier zeggen: je bent verantwoordelijk van aardappel tot frietje. Werken met een natuurlijk product is iedere dag anders.

Zo werk je mee aan de lekkerste frites:

  1. Samen met je team onze processtappen in de gaten houden:
  2. Schillen: door stoomdruk laat de schil los. Vervolgens worden de aardappelen geborsteld, gewassen en gelezen door een optische machine;
  3. Voorbewerken. Dit maakt de aardappel zacht genoeg om te snijden;
  4. Snijden en optisch lezen. Stukjes waar plekjes op zitten worden automatisch verwijderd;
  5. Invriezen: met een lopende band door de vriestunnel gaan de frites in 15 minuten van 80 naar -10 graden;
  6. Inpakken.

De machines en installaties in te stellen en deze instellingen aan te passen op basis van het type en de kwaliteit van de aardappelen. Samen streef je ernaar om zoveel mogelijk ton aardappelen in het proces te houden, met zo min mogelijk productverlies. En dat in 1 keer goed met de beste kwaliteit. Zijn de aardappelen hard, zacht, klein of groot? Bevatten ze veel of weinig vocht? Dit heeft allemaal invloed op het proces en is iedere dag anders. Je gebruikt al je zintuigen: horen, zien, luisteren, proeven en voelen. Je stelt de machines in op basis van wat de aardappelen nodig hebben.

Klein onderhoud verrichten aan de machines en installaties. Heeft de technische dienst hulp nodig? Jij springt bij.

Zorgen dat jouw afdeling er altijd netjes opgeruimd en schoon bij ligt.

Je werkt in een 5-ploegensysteem. Dat betekent dat je na 6 dagen werken (2 x ochtenddienst, 2 x middagdienst, 2 x nachtdienst), 4 dagen vrij bent. Op jaarbasis werk je gemiddeld 33,6 uur per week.

In jouw ploeg werken 10-15 collega's. Je rapporteert aan de Line Supervisor. Wanneer je nog geen ervaring hebt, start je als Operator 1. Vervolgens kun je doorgroeien naar Operator 2, 3 en Lead Operator.

Jij houdt ervan om aan te pakken, te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je werkt respectvol samen met anderen en bent eerlijk. Ook vind je het leuk om veel verschillende werkzaamheden te doen. Of jij nu veel of weinig ervaring hebt: wij hebben mogelijkheden voor jou. Jij hebt:

  1. een Operator A of B diploma en ervaring als procesoperator. OF: je hebt een andere afgeronde MBO opleiding en de wens om proces operator te worden. Ben je een echte sleutelaar in je vrije tijd, of heb je al wat ervaring als bijvoorbeeld automonteur, servicemonteur of installatiemonteur? Reageer dan ook
  2. Als je goed technisch en procesmatig inzicht hebt, kun je bij ons de eerste stappen als operator zetten. Bij goed functioneren investeren wij ook in je Vapro opleiding.
  3. Kennis van de Engelse taal. Met je collega's spreek je Nederlands, veel (technische) informatie is in het Engels.
