Your Mission:
  1. Be the key stakeholder for employed rider operations enabling our support operations to excel through well-structured processes, and enabling employed couriers to perform at their best.
  2. Build, develop and maintain compliance of operational HR processes and lead different types of HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  3. Support payroll processes for our rider organization, particularly related to employed couriers.
  4. Support other personnel within the logistics department - You will follow up on personnel matters related to riders, work with employment law, and work environment.
  5. Support, and then own, rider negotiation topics related to collective bargaining agreements and others.
  6. Facilitate and support on EHS and other employed representative organs within the courier base, through mandatory meetings and action plans.
  7. Report on regulatory requirements related to, but not exhausted by, sickness statistics and required company support of absentee couriers.
  8. Support and provide guidance to a team of 3 Rider Care agents supporting our rider fleet, supporting the Rider Care desk when needed.
YOU ARE:
  1. Communicative: Making sure you listen well and communicate clearly through several service lines within the organization and also towards employed representatives.
  2. Structured, but flexible: You are able to prioritize what tasks to do when and how when things get busy.
  3. Solution-oriented: You love working in a fast-paced environment and paving new ground while remaining realistic to challenges, focusing on ways to reach the end-goal instead of problems.
  4. Independent: You take full ownership of your work by taking your own initiatives and making sure they move forward
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. You have a university degree within HR or similar.
  2. You have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in service centers, HR operations, or similar.
  3. You have previous experience with personnel responsibility.
  4. You have experience working with HR-support.
  5. You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both Norwegian and English.
