Your Mission:- Be the key stakeholder for employed rider operations enabling our support operations to excel through well-structured processes, and enabling employed couriers to perform at their best.
- Build, develop and maintain compliance of operational HR processes and lead different types of HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Support payroll processes for our rider organization, particularly related to employed couriers.
- Support other personnel within the logistics department - You will follow up on personnel matters related to riders, work with employment law, and work environment.
- Support, and then own, rider negotiation topics related to collective bargaining agreements and others.
- Facilitate and support on EHS and other employed representative organs within the courier base, through mandatory meetings and action plans.
- Report on regulatory requirements related to, but not exhausted by, sickness statistics and required company support of absentee couriers.
- Support and provide guidance to a team of 3 Rider Care agents supporting our rider fleet, supporting the Rider Care desk when needed.
- Communicative: Making sure you listen well and communicate clearly through several service lines within the organization and also towards employed representatives.
- Structured, but flexible: You are able to prioritize what tasks to do when and how when things get busy.
- Solution-oriented: You love working in a fast-paced environment and paving new ground while remaining realistic to challenges, focusing on ways to reach the end-goal instead of problems.
- Independent: You take full ownership of your work by taking your own initiatives and making sure they move forward
- You have a university degree within HR or similar.
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in service centers, HR operations, or similar.
- You have previous experience with personnel responsibility.
- You have experience working with HR-support.
- You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both Norwegian and English.
