As a Project Manager at Siemens, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects, from project initiation through final closeout. You will work in a matrix style organization requiring excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

You'll break new ground by:

  • Being responsible for health, safety, and environment (HSE), financial results, progress, and quality in project deliveries to our customers, whilst actively using project management tools to achieve project goals.
  • Approaching project management as your core expertise by focusing holistically on each project or portfolio, delegating technical tasks and challenges to the project team.
  • Leading hybrid projects in close collaboration with our customers in a trust-building manner by proficient stakeholder management and matrix management.
  • Continuous improvement, shaping the future of project management – World-Class Project Management.
