Aibel is building a specialized team in power engineering to reinforce our leadership in oil and gas infrastructure development, electrification, and HVAC solutions across both brownfield and greenfield markets.

About the position
In this role you will be responsible for advanced system design, developing new applications for technology integration in new markets, as well as solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions to design challenges.

Responsibilities and tasks include

  • System analyzes
  • Integration towards existing infrastructure
  • Specification of electrical main equipment and follow-up of delivery
  • Design validation and simulation
  • Functional testing

Qualifications

  • Master or bachelor within relevant areas
  • Experience within one or more of the following main areas:
    • Electronic analysis tools, e.g. Paladin Designbase and DIgSILENT Powerfactory
    • Production of governing documents, e.g. philosophy SLD, and functional spec. etc.
    • Statutory and technical requirements
    • Simulation
    • Power automation
  • Identify with Aibel's values
