In Consulting Services (Technology & Transformation), we are approximately 500 dedicated employees who offer consulting services to national and international companies, within both the public and private sectors. We are now seeking consultants to join our growing Organizational Transformation offering Here you will get to work with strategic organizational development, and help our clients align organization, competence, and collaboration with strategic goals and direction. A typical project for us at Deloitte includes helping the largest organizations in the Nordics manage and master change, such as implementation of ERP, CRM, or AI solutions and much more.

You will also get to work with:

  • translating organizational strategy into goals by providing a tailored change strategy for implementation in complex organizational contexts
  • contributing to practice development initiatives, including culture building, internal community engagement, development of tools and methods, etc.
  • improving methodologies and approaches to offer cutting-edge thinking and deliverables
  • business development, identifying new opportunities, and together with the team, develop client presentations and pitches

We believe that to succeed in this role, you should have 1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from top tier consulting or internal project and development roles in large organizations, and a high academic grades with expertise in management, work and organizational psychology, psychology, or similar fields.

We envision that you are curious, ambitious and want to work on larger and complex transformation projects. You should also be an adapter of AI in your work and challenge how work (and organizational transformations) can be done together with AI. You have proven that you are able to work methodically and systematically as well as having strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients. In essence we seek those who want to raise the bar, are curious about technology, passionate about "the art and science of Change Management," and can combine this theoretical perspective with practical planning and execution.

Experience with the following will be an advantage:

  • organizational development or change management from large organizations
  • executing structured change and development processes, designing and implementing comprehensive projects within clear frameworks
  • managing multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously
  • experience in industries such as energy, industry, technology, media, or financial services
