In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Sourcing and scheduling Downhole equipment to meet current and foreseeable requirements for a professional, smooth, and timely execution of delivery and installation activities internally and externally in close co-operation with Downhole Project managers, Product Management, Customer Care, Logistics, Purchasing and Factory planners
  • Doing detailed material analysis (inventory, supply/demand, need dates, slow moving parts, etc.)
  • Highlighting and resolving issues regarding capacity and equipment availability that will affect the delivery schedule towards our clients, this in close co-operation with the project managers
  • Supporting and keeping the Downhole finished goods stock to an optimum level at all times including close follow up and planning of non-allocated inventory
  • Assisting and support project managers in project planning as required and as per established procedures and routines

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Higher education (Bachelor or similar) within engineering, supply chain or other technical area (relevant experience can compensate for formal education)
  • Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of Norwegian language
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience within material requirement planning from drilling & well operations or a similar dynamic environment preferred
  • Experience in use of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Good Microsoft office skills (MS Excel in particular)
  • Experience in using Power BI as a data visualization
