Tieto Banktech invites a Business Analyst to join the Financial Crime Prevention Identity team in Bergen. You will translate regulatory and business needs into clear requirements, working with product, engineering, and QA to shape solutions in a highly regulated environment.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, UX, and stakeholders to clarify needs, document requirements, and support design and testing. Proficiency in Norwegian and English is required, with a flexible hybrid work model.
