YOUR ROLE
We are currently looking for an experienced lead consultant (manager or director) who wants to combine technical expertise with strategic insight to help businesses unlock the potential of data and AI.

As a Data and AI Strategy Lead, you will work on advising clients across technologies, platforms, and business areas. The role requires a broad understanding of modern data solutions and AI technologies, and how these can be integrated to create value for clients.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive strategies for how businesses can leverage data and AI to support their goals.
  • Analyze clients' current data platforms, technologies, and organizational structures, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist clients in making decisions on data platforms, architecture, technologies, and operating models.
  • Provide advisory on establishing roles, processes, and frameworks for effective data management and governance.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in and understanding of technology, as well as the dependency between roles, processes, and technology.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure strategic recommendations are both realistic and achievable.

YOUR PROFILE
To exceed in this role, we believe the following will make you an ideal fit:

  • 6+ years of experience in data, AI, technology, or consulting and holding a Master's degree in technology, computer science, economics, or a related field.
  • Broad knowledge of technologies such as machine learning, data platforms, cloud technology, and data governance, without necessarily being an expert in all areas.
  • Thriving at the intersection of strategy and technology, with a genuine passion for advisory work.
  • The ability to communicate complex technological concepts in a clear and understandable way to diverse audiences.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and thirst for knowledge.
