Play a vital role for our customers

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Completing all activities related to the organization and execution of services projects, including scope, time, contract, cost & quality management and workshop instructions. Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Being responsible for project execution, technical and administrative involvement.
• Establishing & monitoring progress plans and critical issues, risk management.
• Managing commercial aspects, purchase orders, variation orders, and participating in the development of proposals for projects. Develop overall work scope in cooperation with other functions within the organization.
• Executing the project and participating in the issue of final documentation.
• Taking part in improvements work including the Lessons Learned process.
• Providing Business Progress/Status Reporting to management including forecasting.
• Being the primary customer contact for the duration of the project. May commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate.
• Ensuring that delivered products and services achieve the highest quality and performance levels.
• Preparing internal technical work instructions and supporting shop activities during the assembly/test stage.
• Promoting and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory HSE/Quality requirements & expectations at all times.
• Communicating across the direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.

• Have proven experience delivering multiple projects or experience playing a key role in project delivery.
