What You'll Do

  • Own the Vision and Strategy: Conduct creative research to build overarching strategies rooted in market insights. You'll identify the most profitable pockets of the market to target and determine where our clients can see the highest returns.
  • Craft Precise, Effective Briefs: Develop high-converting UGC briefs that follow platform best practices and direct response principles. Work closely with our creator coordinator and video editors to ensure each concept delivers maximum impact.
  • Optimize for Performance: Engage in a feedback loop with media buyers, refining creative strategies based on real-time performance data to maximize results and elevate campaign performance.

What You Have To Bring

  • 3-4 years of experience in media buying or creative strategy on platforms like Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Expertise in consumer psychology, copywriting, and direct response: A deep understanding of what motivates action and a talent for writing content that converts.
  • A track record of translating data into high-performing ad strategies, producing creative that captures attention and drives results.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: You know how to inspire teams to meet goals while aligning with client expectations.
