Assignment Description

Purpose: This role will manage project systems interfaces in our Project Excellence function.

Core duties:

  1. Ensure alignment to the clients BMS regarding processes and requirements, within the scope of project systems.
  2. Verify adherence ("Like ting Likt") across projects; develop "best practice."
  3. Coordinate, solve and implement improvements within system data interfaces and data requirements.
  4. Drive "new ways of working" and develop cross functional data interface communities.
  5. Stakeholder management towards processes and systems related to data interfaces.
  6. Manage impact of data interface changes related to multiple systems & processes including stakeholder management.
  7. Responsible for Cross Functional Project Data Requirements.
  8. Coordinate & Manage complex Project Data Integrations.
  9. Take lead in system data interface communities to ensure the client follows industry best practices.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  1. Higher education. Practical relevant experience and knowledge may replace formal education.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience with project management systems either at Operators or seconded to an Operator.
  3. Extensive experience in establishing systems and processes for project management & execution.
  4. Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry.

Skills / Abilities / Knowledge:

  1. Knowledge of project system digital interfaces.
  2. Knowledge of Project Management & Execution framework terminology.
  3. Knowledge of E&P company's value chain.
  4. Knowledge of all core processes within Project Execution, especially completion management, document management, life-cycle information and quality.
  5. Excellent knowledge of project management systems, preferably Pims.
  6. General knowledge of operational systems, preferably SAP, Aveva, Synergi and Ecosys.
  7. Super user experience in Office 365 products and especially Teams and Sharepoint.

Certifications or languages:

  1. Fluent in Norwegian language, written and spoken.
  2. Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Personal qualities:

  1. Structured and quality oriented.
  2. Strong communication abilities.
  3. Strong collaboration skills and team player attitude.
  4. Proactive, takes initiative, drives work forward.
