We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join Opera's Mobile performance marketing team, where we use creative ideas & data-driven insights to grow our users globally. From crafting clever campaigns to optimizing campaigns for maximum impact, you'll be the driving force behind our performance marketing campaigns. You will be managing campaigns globally, with large budgets and a very modern & innovative marketing approach. We're on the lookout for a savvy Performance marketer with a knack for turning data into positive outcomes – someone who's not afraid to think outside the box and inject a little fun into their work. Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Build & manage user acquisition campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook & TikTok Ads.
  2. Analyze & report campaign performance regularly and optimize towards performance KPIs.
  3. Ideate new concepts and run AB tests to identify potential opportunities for scaling user growth through online channels.
  4. Create quality ad content tailored to each market and in-line with brand guidelines.
  5. Monitor and manage ad spend to ensure campaign spend is allocated efficiently within set budgets.
  6. Work closely with the creative team & elaborate on creative briefs to ensure all creative assets are up-to-date and refreshed regularly.
  7. Collaborate with various marketing & product teams for coordinated campaigns and promoting feature updates.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and results.

Job Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in Performance marketing or quantitative marketing roles.
  2. Experience with Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and measurement & analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Looker etc.).
  3. Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding and copywriting.
  4. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop out-of-the-box ad concepts that drive results.
  5. A good understanding of international markets - Exhibit a high degree of creativity to support the ideation of marketing campaigns that appeal to users in various countries (German, Polish, American, Brazilian, Nigerian etc.).
  6. Ability to work with spreadsheets/numbers to analyze ad performance, identify trends and create well-structured and understandable reports.
  7. Efficient time management and critical thinking skills.
  8. Fluency in English is a must (able to write and speak fluently and idiomatically).
  9. Experience with app campaigns is not required, but is a benefit to have.
