The PTW Coordinator will coordinate and manage the PTW system and ensure stakeholder interaction in the project.
Ensures proper co-ordination of all works to be carried out.
Ensures that conflicting permits are brought to the attention of the Completion Lead.
Is the focal point for all permits issued on the Site by MP, including those permits that are suspended, but where the work is not complete.
Ensure compliance with the PTW Originator and submission requirements.
Provides a quality check of the permits, supporting documents and certificates prior to issue ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained.
Assist the CCR in operating the permit office to reflect the status of all MP permit work and isolations. This includes maintaining the permit display board in the control room for MP e-PTW.
Participates in monitoring, auditing and assurance activities.
Participates in the PTW coordination daily meetings.
Ensure the activation and deactivation of PTWs as per PTW procedure.
Ensures that the original of all work permits and certificates are held on the Site for the duration of project execution.
Ensures that if an accident/incident occurs, the copy of the work permit and any associated certificate(s) shall be scanned and attached to the incident report (to be recorded into Synergi by HSE team). The original permit and any associated original documents shall be retained on file by the HSE until subsequent investigations have concluded.
Contribute towards company policy to establish a consistent and compliant HSE culture with the primary HSE goal of Zero harm to people and environment.
Ensure coordination within the project completion team and experience transfer from/to other relevant projects.

Required expertise

- University degree or equivalent.
- Result and safety oriented.
- Experience from oil and gas projects as PTW Coordinator.
- Extensive knowledge of company governing documentation.
- Well-developed team building, co-operational and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle responsibility and periodically high workload.
- Ability to drive activities to be completed on schedule.
- Establish good relations with Contractors.
Location: The position will be located at Site, Bergen.
Duration: ASAP - 30.11.2026.
