This position is a 1 year contract, non-office-based role.
Primary Objective- Promote Straumann group solutions for clinicians and dental laboratories.
- Drive sales to achieve sales targets in restorative and digital solutions.
- Implant prosthetics, centralized custom implant prosthetics and tooth-borne restorations.
- Intra-oral scanners, 3D printers and multiple software solutions and services.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate new sales and grow existing sales.
- Establish and follow up on sales plans to prioritize activities.
- Follow the company reporting instructions (CRM).
- Work in close collaboration with the implant and ortho sales teams.
- Pursue sales leads generated by implant and ortho sales colleagues.
- Create sales through own initiative and prospecting.
- Conduct daily customer activities such as visits, calls, events, congresses, trainings etc.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services, provide training and assistance.
- Create offers, conclude sales orders and negotiate customer agreements within limits of authority.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Develop long term sales plans for key customers and accounts.
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritise and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience – dental experience is an advantage.
- Min. of 3-5 years' sales experience, preferably Dental, Pharma, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
- Prior sales experience in dentistry is an advantage.
- Experience and proficiency in consultative selling (B2B environment).
- High customer and business orientation.
- Result oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in local language and in English.
- Driver Licence.
- Energetic, straight-forward and performance-driven professional with entrepreneurial spirit and strong execution abilities.
- Pro-active and self-initiative personality with a can-do attitude.
- Support and control (working smarter not harder), getting things done.
- Team oriented attitude.
