Join Our Team as an Assistant Broker – Energy, Marine & Offshore

About the Role

As an Assistant Broker, you will collaborate closely with experienced brokers to provide administrative assistance and review specialized insurance solutions for a diverse range of clients, from energy companies to offshore drilling operations and shipping firms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in preparing client documentation and invoices.
  2. Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance product sales.
  4. Maintain strong partnerships with brokers and key stakeholders.
  5. Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Work with product teams to create tailored insurance solutions.
  7. Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure timely payments.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks.
  9. Support the preparation of insurance proposals and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A self-motivated, proactive team player.
  3. Strong client relationship management skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
