ServiceNow CSM Solution Consultant – Norway

A rapidly growing ServiceNow Full Lifecycle Partner is expanding across Europe and the US and is looking for ServiceNow CSM Solution Consultants to join its team in Norway. This role is ideal for an experienced CSM Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology, guiding customers through their ServiceNow CSM journey.

Responsibilities:
  1. Consult, design, and deliver ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions from initial requirements gathering to final implementation.
  2. Conduct workshops to map business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Design, configure, and implement CSM, ITSM, Employee Center, and ITOM following best practices.
  4. Work closely with customers to ensure solutions align with business needs and ServiceNow capabilities.
Qualifications:
  1. Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly Customer Service Management (CSM).
  2. Relevant certifications, such as:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Application Specialist – Employee Service Center (CAS-ESC)
  • Certified Application Specialist – IT Operations Management (CAS-ITOM)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Proven ability to configure and implement multiple ServiceNow solutions.Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and system development.Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.Preferred Skills & Traits:
  1. Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  2. Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly.
  3. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
