We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Athens, Greece. Position Details:
Salary: €1,100 - €1,500 per month plus performance bonus up to €300
Type: Hybrid (Work from home and onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support in Norwegian language.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and processes.

- Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role.
