We are looking for a committed specialist who will operate, further develop and implement solutions within fish welfare and lice control. You will have an interactive role with our customers with a special responsibility for following up on our solutions for fish welfare and lice counting. With your help, farmers can extract even more value from our technology and you will become an important partner both externally and internally for continuous improvement and customer success.

The working location is preferably Bergen, Trondheim or Tromsø. Some travel is expected.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis and Insight: Perform in-depth analyses of time series data to identify improvement opportunities and proactively resolve challenges.
  2. Customer-tailored solutions: Establish and maintain close relationships with customers to ensure they benefit optimally from our innovative solutions, as well as to anticipate and adapt to their needs.
  3. Multidisciplinary collaboration: Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to develop tailored solutions that set the standard for fish welfare and lice control.
  4. Product Development and Innovation: Be a proactive contributor in the work of further developing our products, with a focus on creating solutions that are both technologically advanced, embrace biological complexity and established standards, and are practically applicable in a sustainable aquaculture industry.

  4. A person with a relevant background in fish health, biology, aquaculture or technology, and with good language skills in Norwegian and English.
