Visma's cloud business software products help nearly 2.0 million customers in Europe and Latin America. Our unique structure enables us to be close to local markets while sharing world-class competence. This position will be part of the Branding and Marketing department of Visma Group where we strive to build a strong overarching Visma Brand and to empower growth in our portfolio of companies through marketing and brand efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for driving marketing excellence across your portfolio, educating your peers, and sharing knowledge, inspiration, and best practices in marketing and branding. You will be part of the leadership team of Visma Group Branding and Marketing department and work closely with the companies in Visma.
Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing, planning, and driving the strategic direction of the Visma brand to be a relevant and recognizable business software company for enterprises in Europe and Latin America.

Your Profile:
  • Broad experience and excellent skills in the field of marketing.
  • A deep understanding of different digital business models and their effects on marketing.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt, self-organize, and drive complex projects in dynamic environments with various stakeholders.
  • The drive to plan and execute both strategic and tactical actions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills on all organisational levels.
  • Competence in modern digital growth marketing and customer journeys.
  • Strong advisory, influence, and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
  • Great communication skills to share our vision, strategic decisions, and actions.
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent project management and strategy implementation skills.
